We’re shrinking the Earth

Oh no, we’re shrinking the Earth by just 5 millimetres! Well, were actually not. Scientists have measured the diameter of the Earth, using the latest technological equipment.

The scientists round the number up to 12,756.274 kilometres (7,926.3812 miles) for the general use.
