New Britannica Beta

The new Britannica Online website has a new website design and using Web 2.0 applications. I can now finally use Britannica without having to suffer from looking at the old design.
This new design is easy on the eyes and easy to read. The articles are now ‘clean’; it quickly delivers the information you request, there’s no clutter and it isn’t jam-packed with small hyperlinks and text on the site. Britannica has also made the right move by changing the font. Text is now much easier and more pleasant to read. The font size is constant throughout the website, whereas the old design had different font sizes and you don’t know which is what or what is which. Britannica Online has followed basic design principles, well done!
